In early 2021, I assumed the chairmanship of the RG65 ICA from Fredo Vollmer and promptly initiated efforts to establish a transparent structure within the organisation.
Subsequently, we formed a World Council comprised of national representatives and, in March 2022, released a revised set of class rules.
The committee has continued to work diligently behind the scenes; however, over the past couple of years, my involvement has decreased due to other commitments.
Given my ongoing challenges in dedicating sufficient time to support the class, I have made the decision to resign from my position as ICA Chair with immediate effect. Achille Chatin (FRA) will serve as Interim Chair until the next meeting of the ICA World Council, during which a permanent Chair will be elected.
I extend my sincere appreciation to everyone who supported me and the ICA during my tenure, especially Achille, whose contributions have been invaluable.
I will remain engaged with the class and look forward to observing its continued development. I wish you all every success.
Sincerely,
Wayne Stobbs
